Samsung storitve na daljavo, zahvaljujo\u010d usposobljenim tehnikom, zagotavljajo hitrej\u0161e popravilo televizorjev in pametnih telefonov, sistem dostave od vrat do vrat pa omogo\u010da varno brezkontaktno prevzemanje in dostavljanje naprav. Pri vseh napravah bo izvedena tudi dezinfekcija, kar zagotavlja \u0161e dodatni nivo varnosti, tako za uporabnike kot tudi Samsung zaposlene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po vzpostavitvi stika s Samsung podporo za uporabnike bodo morebitne te\u017eave s Samsung televizorji ali pametnimi telefoni hitro odpravljene, ne da bi zapustili svojo dnevno sobo. Z uporabo Smart Tutor aplikacije in s privolitvijo uporabnika bo Samsung tehnik oddaljeno dostopal do naprav, si jih ogledal in nadzoroval, medtem pa lahko uporabniki vse korake v \u017eivo spremljajo na zaslonu. Naprave bodo po opravljanjem servisu tudi dostavljene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vse naprave bodo dezinficirane pred in po servisu.
