Tokrat se je zgodilo prvi\u010d, da je vseh 500 sistemov na njej po zmogljivostih doseglo vsaj en petaflops na preizkusu High Performance Linpack (HPL), saj je tudi naj\u0161ibkej\u0161i med najbolj\u0161imi superra\u010dunalniki zmogel 1,022 petaflops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na vrhu seznama skorajda ni sprememb, med deseterico sta se uvrstila dva novinca, pri \u010demer gre v enem primeru za obstoje\u010di superra\u010dunalnik, ki je z nadgradnjo dosegel vi\u0161je zmogljivosti. Povsem na vrhu sta IBMova superra\u010dunalnika Summit in Sierra, ki ju uporabljata laboratorija ameri\u0161kega oddelka za energijo. Poganja ju kombinacija osrednjih procesorjev Power 9 in grafi\u010dnih procesorjev NVIDIA V100. Sistem Summit dosega rekordnih 148,6 petaflops in je za ve\u010d kot polovico hitrej\u0161i od sistema Sierra (94,6 petaflops). Na tretjem mestu ostaja superra\u010dunalnik kitajskega narodnega raziskovalnega centra Sunway TaihuLight z zmogljivostjo 93 petaflops, ki jo iztisne iz 10 milijonov procesorjev SW26010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"931\" height=\"620\" src=\"http:\/\/tehnokrat.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/MareNostrum_supercomputer.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5178\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tehnokrat.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/MareNostrum_supercomputer.jpg 931w, https:\/\/tehnokrat.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/MareNostrum_supercomputer-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/tehnokrat.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/MareNostrum_supercomputer-768x511.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 931px) 100vw, 931px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Najzmogljivej\u0161i superra\u010dunalnik proizvajalca Lenovo je na 9. mestu, njegova zmogljivost pa zna\u0161a 19,5 petaflops. Deluje v superra\u010dunalni\u0161kem centru Leibniz v bli\u017eini nem\u0161kega mesta Munchen. Opremljen je s procesorji Intel Xeon Platinum in arhitekturo Omni-Path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na lestvici TOP500 ima najve\u010d, kar 219 superra\u010dunalnikov Kitajska, v ZDA pa jih je 116. Na tretjem mestu je Japonska z 29, sledijo pa Francija (19), Zdru\u017eeno Kraljestvo (18) in Nem\u010dija (14). \u010ceprav je v ZDA znatno manj superra\u010dunalnikov kot na Kitajskem, so ti po skupnih zmogljivostih bolj\u0161i. Ameri\u0161ki superra\u010dunalniki tako premorejo 38,4 % vseh zmogljivosti najbolj\u0161ih 500 superra\u010dunalnikov (od tega 15,6 % prispevata sistema Summit in Sierra), medtem ko kitajski superra\u010dunalniki premorejo 29,9 % vseh zmogljivosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kitajska dominacija se sicer nadaljuje med proizvajalci superra\u010dunalnikov. Lenovo je izdelal najve\u010d superra\u010dunalnikov med najbolj\u0161imi petstotimi, in sicer kar 173, sledijo mu ponudniki Inspur (71) in Sugon (63), HPE (40) in Cray (39).
