Raziskava je zajela bilijone anonimiziranih signalov produktivnosti iz Microsoft 365 in ankete 20.000 zaposlenih, ki uporabljajo umetno inteligenco v 10 dr\u017eavah, skupaj z vpogledi vodilnih strokovnjakov za AI, delo in organizacijsko psihologijo. Zaklju\u010dek je jasen \u2013 kultura in vodstvo imata dvakrat ve\u010dji vpliv na u\u010dinke umetne inteligence kot individualni trud v organizacijah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eDostop do umetne inteligence postaja univerzalen in opa\u017eamo, da ljudje opravljajo naloge, ki jih pred letom dni niso mogli. Ker AI agenti prevzemajo vse ve\u010d operativnih nalog, imajo ljudje ve\u010d prostora za usmerjanje, sprejemanje odlo\u010ditev in doseganje rezultatov. Vendar razlike ne ustvarja posameznik, temve\u010d organizacija. Kultura, vodstvo in na\u010din dela imajo dvakrat ve\u010dji vpliv kot sama tehnologija ali individualni trud. Na Hrva\u0161kem in \u0161ir\u0161e so najuspe\u0161nej\u0161e organizacije tiste, ki zavestno gradijo sodelovanje med ljudmi in umetno inteligenco ter ga spreminjajo v sistem, ki se s\u010dasoma nenehno izbolj\u0161uje\u201c, je izjavil Kalin Dimtchev, direktor Microsoft za regijo Adriatic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Klju<\/strong><strong>\u010d<\/strong><strong>ne ugotovitve Work Trend Indexa 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>AI pove<\/strong><strong>\u010d<\/strong><strong>uje potencial posameznika<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Analiza ve\u010d kot 100.000 pogovorov v Microsoft 365 Copilot, ob zagotavljanju zasebnosti uporabnikov, ka\u017ee, da <strong>49 % vseh pogovorov podpira kognitivno delo<\/strong> \u2013 pomaga ljudem analizirati informacije, re\u0161evati probleme, presojati in ustvarjalno razmi\u0161ljati. Ta sprememba se ka\u017ee tudi v rezultatih: <strong>58 % uporabnikov AI pravi, da delajo na na<\/strong><strong>\u010d<\/strong><strong>in, ki ga pred letom dni ne bi zmogli<\/strong>, ta dele\u017e pa naraste na <strong>80 % <\/strong>med najnaprednej\u0161imi uporabniki umetne inteligence v raziskavi (<strong>Frontier Professionals<\/strong>). Kar <strong>65 % uporabnikov AI se boji, da bodo zaostali<\/strong>, \u010de se ne bodo hitro prilagodili, vendar jih <strong>45 % meni, da je varneje dr\u017eati se obstoje<\/strong><strong>\u010d<\/strong><strong>ih ciljev<\/strong> kot pa preoblikovati delo s pomo\u010djo AI. Le <strong>13 % vpra\u0161anih pravi, da so nagrajeni za eksperimentiranje<\/strong> s preobrazbo dela z AI.
